What you do
We’re looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to execute a broad range of HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and policy implementation, while ensuring legal compliance and contributing to the development of HR initiatives that align with our people and business objectives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple HR areas, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about creating a positive employee experience.
A summary of your responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR functions and processes
- Continuously assess and improve HR processes to align with business needs
- Administer and enhance compensation and benefits processes
- Conduct salary benchmarking, and provide guidance to managers throughout the pay review process
- Organize and facilitate quarterly performance reviews
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
- Support leaders in areas such as performance management and compensation
- Gather, analyze, and report on HR metrics to evaluate the impact of HR initiatives
- Contribute to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects and broader team initiatives
