What you do

A summary of your responsibilities: 

  • Contribute to development and implementation of marketing strategy.
  • Own and execute brand projects aligned with Branding strategy.
  • Create and deliver marketing campaigns, including content, across various channels to address current business needs effectively.
  • Report on marketing metrics and take necessary actions to achieve them.
  • Conduct market research to understand target audiences, competitor landscape, industry trends and campaigns’ effectiveness.
  • Build and manage partnerships with B2B clients, educational institutions, and communities to meet branding needs. 
  • Foster strong relationships with Business Development, Sales and internal service Consultants and marketing partners to ensure effective sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with group marketing executives to ensure flawless execution, alignment and best result.
  • Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.

What you bring to the team

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing (IT sector, B2B is a BIG plus).
  • Experience in entering or expanding markets or launching new services/products.
  • Strong ownership and teamwork skills.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication (Lithuanian and English, German is a plus) and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in control of a budget.
  • Proactivity, positivity, strong motivation, and a can-do attitude.
  • Driven by challenges and outcomes oriented.

The salary for this position starts from €3000 to €3500 gross per month, depending on the knowledge and experience.
