Project manager’s job is to coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and produce the desired results. Project manager is the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. PM reports to Business Development Manager.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector.
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, infrastructure or public cloud technologies. 
  • Experience in the following areas: project management methods & techniques, user information compilation, quality management, technical and organisational change implementation, risk and stakeholder analysis. 
  • Knowledge of and experience with IT processes.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of the concepts of business administration, organisation theory, products and services, information system management, application building methods. 
  • At least university degree education plus 6 years of professional experience, of which 2 years in a managerial or project leader role in IT or in other technological environment/industry.  
  • Full business proficiency in English (C1).
  • ITIL knowledge is an advantage 
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus 

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring project approval with stakeholders within time and budget constraints.
  • Running risk and stakeholder analysis.
  • Maintaining the relationship with internal and external parties.
  • Coordinating the activity of one or more projects at the same time. 
  • Managing the project’s budget.
  • Managing change requests. 
  • Creating and maintaining the project plan.
  • Defining solution alternatives at all stages of the project. 
  • Informing employees with respect to the project brief.
  • Assessing the necessary resources and competencies.  
  • Defining the project scope and solution approach.
  • Ensuring timely project progress reporting and final report. 
  • Delivering project deliverables on time and on budget, and with the agreed quality. 
  • Maintaining the relationships with the internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizing staff meetings and expert meetings.

The salary for this position starts from €3000 to €5000 gross per month, depending on the knowledge and experience.
