What you do

We are hiring an experienced Senior HR Generalist to lead our HR Operations team and ensure efficient HR processes. In this role, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, drive process improvements, and collaborate with Leadership to support business goals. A summary of your responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HR Operations team (2 people), ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day HR functions and processes 
  • Continuously assess and improve HR processes, ensuring they are efficient and aligned with business goals and needs 
  • Administer and proactively enhance compensation and benefits processes 
  • Organize and facilitate quarterly employee performance reviews 
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on various HR-related topics 
  • Support leaders in performance management, compensations, and other HR-related topics 
  • Gather, analyze, and report on HR metrics, ensuring the effectiveness of HR initiatives
  • Ensure that the organization attracts, develops, and retains the talent it needs
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects and contribute to broader HR team initiatives, driving collaboration and integration across different areas

What you bring to the team

  • >5 years of proven experience in HR, with at least 2 years in an HR operations or HR management role
  • At least some experience being in a Leader role
  • Excellent understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Fluent English in spoken and written communication
  • Exceptional at working both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Good leadership skills to manage team 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and navigate complex employee 
  • relations issues
  • Strong analytical skills with practical use of Excel
  • A data and detail-driven approach
  • A proactive and agile mindset with motivation to learn and mentor

The salary for this position starts from €3600 to €4300 gross per month, depending on the knowledge and experience.
