We are hiring an experienced Senior HR Generalist to lead our HR Operations team and ensure efficient HR processes. In this role, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, drive process improvements, and collaborate with Leadership to support business goals. A summary of your responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR Operations team (2 people), ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day HR functions and processes
- Continuously assess and improve HR processes, ensuring they are efficient and aligned with business goals and needs
- Administer and proactively enhance compensation and benefits processes
- Organize and facilitate quarterly employee performance reviews
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes
- Provide support and guidance to employees on various HR-related topics
- Support leaders in performance management, compensations, and other HR-related topics
- Gather, analyze, and report on HR metrics, ensuring the effectiveness of HR initiatives
- Ensure that the organization attracts, develops, and retains the talent it needs
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
