Centric IT Solutions Lithuania is seeking for a Swedish speaking Service Desk Engineer, who is curious and motivated to climb IT career ladder in an international IT company. As a Service Desk Engineer, you will receive incoming IT support requests from our Scandinavian customers (mainly via telephone and email). Your primary job will be to solve and distribute incidents and to take care of the correct registration of the tickets. Usual support cases are about Outlook, Office applications, administration of permissions and rights, printers and network connections.
What level are we looking for?
Whether you have background in IT or you are new to the field - you will fit to our team, as long as you speak Swedish and English languages and have personal competencies listed below :) Never worked in IT? Not a problem - we will teach you all things needed!
