If so, Centric IT Solutions Lithuania is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.

Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to understand long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities

Take care of the full-life cycle sourcing and recruiting process.
Understand the needs of hiring leads and advise them on hiring process.
Participate in forecasting hiring needs.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Use multiple sourcing strategies and channels as well as search for and implementing new clever ways to find high quality applicants.

Promote and maintain good company’s reputation.
Build strong and lasting relationships with candidates to organically expand Centric network.
Be a key representative of Centric's vision, values, and culture.
Prepare recruitment reports and statistics.
Cooperate in employee branding and other activities in various HR areas.

Requirements

Have experience and good understanding of recruitment process and candidate sourcing activities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Lithuanian and English.
Positivity, strong motivation, proactivity and can do attitude.
Self-starter, quick learner, and problem-solver.
Driven by challenges.

Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks with multiple timelines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Fluent English.
Experience working with IT job roles would be an advantage.
