Salesforce Architect

Description

We’re, on our behalf of highly valued customer in Oslo, looking for a Salesforce architect in Oslo/ Remote. You will report directly to the CRM System Architect. We’re looking a candidate with at least 4 years of Salesforce experience. Duration of this project is approx. 6 months.

Your Background

• Strong functional knowledge with good technical experience
• Experience working with Agile Ways of Working and transformation projects in international company present worldwide
• Experience and good understanding on how to work in a DevOps setup, transition / roll out strategies
• Experience with multi ORG with Global Core, Data Management strategies and end-to-end digital transformation of complex business environments

Other skills/ knowledge:

• Advanced knowledge of Sales Cloud, Community Clouds and Service Cloud
• Good integration, Apex Coding knowledge and managing Multi ORG with Global Core SFDC strategies
• Good understanding of how CRM and Q2O creates value for organizations
• Advanced Data Architecture and Salesforce understanding
• SFDC Configuration advocate
• Business/entrepreneurial mindset is a plus
• General knowledge on business processes such as Sales, Marketing and Service

Your profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferable IT or other relevant fields
• Self-driven, structured and systematic with excellent communication and people (cultural difference) skills
• High execution capacity and team player with the ability to motivate project teams
• Curious person, with the leadership skills who challenges the status quo with TCO knowledge
• Service minded, collaborative and solution oriented
• Fluency in English, both verbal and in written. Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
