Junior Monitoring Engineer

What you do

As a Monitoring Engineer you will be responsible for daily monitoring activities and checks related to maintaining a reliable IT environment for customers, especially at the beginning of the workday.
 
You will provide monitoring services to a high number of stakeholders across multiple teams, servicing multiple customers, making communication and collaboration a very important trait.

What you bring to the team

• Experience using SCOM at operator level
• Experience with Incident Management Tools (e.g. Service Now)
• Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016 and familiarity with backup processes
• Awareness of Citrix systems and virtualization knowledge
• Excellent work habits (attention to detail, organized, results driven, and integrity)
• Interest in and the ability to share ideas with colleagues verbally, in writing, and in presentations
• A mindset for innovation, creativity, risk-taking, and product development
