As a DevOps Engineer you will work with engineering and development teams to develop infrastructure architectures, standards, and quality assurance policies and procedures. You will be in direct collaboration with the development teams and the infrastructure teams to define and refine the continuous delivery pipeline process & procedures. As an active contributor to the project architecture / project design phase in regards to product deployment and infrastructure, you will work together to automate environments by following continuous integration and deployment standards, helping move environments towards Infrastructure-as-Code, crafting AIS (Acceptance Into Service) documents/requirements, and developing centralized management and performance monitoring solutions for infrastructure using the latest DevOps class tools and products.

What you bring to the team

  • Strong automation skills / Scripting languages (Powershell, Python, Bash, Azure CLI); Strong knowledge of Continuous Integration tools (Azure DevOps, Octopus, Jenkins, Bamboo, Teamcity or similar); Strong knowledge of Version Control (GIT, TFVC, SVN etc)
  • Experience with Azure and/or AWS; Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC); Networking knowledge (Load Balancers, DNS, Firewalling, NAT);
  • Interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and networking skills;
  • Excellent work habits (organized, collaborative, attention to detail, proactive, dependable, analytical);
  • Advanced communication skills in English (verbal, written, and presentation);
  • Experience in working with AGILE methodologies.
