What you bring to the team

  • Good knowledge of and skills in C#, .NET, Javascript, Object-oriented programming, unit tests, design patterns, web services (REST, SOAP), HTML & CSS, domain-driven design, and SQL server technologies
  • Experience with agile methodologies – SCRUM framework (SOLID, pair programming, refactoring, test-driven development)
  • Additional skills in CQRS, event sourcing, NoSQL databases (RavenDB or similar), messaging frameworks (MSMQ, Active MQ, etc.), Javascript SPA frameworks, CSS preprocessors (Less), Windows Presentation Foundation, and Octopus deploy would be a plus
  • Interest in and the ability to share ideas with colleagues verbally, in writing, and in presentations
  • Excellent work habits (attention to detail, organized, results driven, and integrity)
  • A mindset for innovation, creativity, risk-taking, and product development

The project you’ll be working on

Our innovative omnichannel retail suite gives customers everything they need, no matter where they are shopping: at home, on mobile, or in the store. Our customers trust us to deliver the best software services for mobile payments, pick-up and home delivery, click-and-collect, self-scan, self-checkout, and back office inventory and management.

This means our software can provide store staff all the information they need to provide excellent customer service and a smooth check-out process: information about stock, products, promotions, loyalty bonuses, customers’ personal preferences, and various payment and delivery options. Omnichannel makes all this data available in real time across of touchpoints.
