Open Position: Mid-Level Infrastructure Engineer

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be working on supporting and updating servers, monitoring networks across many countries, or helping deliver our SaaS applications.

You will work on complex environments, automate traditional management work, and help standardize application deployment. Being able to automate lots of manual processes is a big benefit to all the teams and the company itself, and gives everyone the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally.

What you bring to the team

Understand network topology, concepts like VLANs, Load Balancers, Firewalls;
Ability to troubleshoot and identify possible causes for connectivity issues (Missing Firewall Rules, protected hostnames, Load Balancer Health Checks);
Experience in creating folder structure based on requirements, managing rights and inheritance, maintaining folder security;
Knowledge about Citrix/ RES, Windows 2012 R2/2016, IIS, DNS;

Awareness in implementing changes based on application specific requirements;
Basic PowerShell skills;
Interest in and the ability to share ideas with colleagues verbally, in writing, and in presentations;
Effective work habits (attention to detail, organized, results driven, and integrity.
