Open Position: Mid-Level Software Tester for Innovation Projects

Well, it means that you love all things testing: functional, non-functional, and end-to-end. You are an analytical problem solver who can quickly understand an application and then create and maintain documented test plans, cases, and scenarios based on functional requirements and specifications. You are a good communicator who will provide feedback to the team about improving testing processes, creating testing reports, and identifying risks and issues.

You also enjoy working in international SCRUM teams using agile practices and principles and feel comfortable providing updates at team meetings and daily sessions; working with a team to develop the best solutions for testing user stories; and being proactive in asking questions, learning more, accepting new challenges, and taking risks to ensure the creation of high-quality products.

What you bring to the team

Good knowledge of SQL, frontend and backend testing
Ability to perform functional testing (e.g.: smoke testing, regression testing and acceptance testing)
Proficiency in creating test scenarios and bug reports
Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals (test principles, test types, test levels and test techniques)
Familiar with Web Services testing

Experience with automated testing technologies for Web applications, Selenium strongly preferred
Deep knowledge of OOP programing language (e.g.: C#, Java)
Effective work habits (organization, collaboration, integrity, proactivity)
Interest in and the ability to share ideas with colleagues verbally, in writing, and in presentations
