We are looking for a product owner who's eager to be the voice of our customers and work with our development teams to create the best products. That means that you are a master at managing a backlog and making sure the team is working on the right PBI at the right time. You always have the vision of the product in mind when helping set priorities and helping the team reach our stakeholders' goals.

You enjoy working in teams using agile practices and principles and feel comfortable providing updates at team meetings and daily sessions; working with the team to implement the product roadmap; and being proactive in working with stakeholders, learning more about the business area and customer needs.

What you bring to the team

  • Experience in and understanding of business domains and broad understanding of IT domains;
  • Ability to develop a product vision/roadmap and define epics and user stories in line with business needs and external developments;
  • Commitment to build, maintain and utilize relations with in, and external stakeholders;
  • Ability to create and maintain the product backlog including prioritization of epics/features and user stories;
  • A passion for providing insights to the team regarding objectives, progress, and issues regarding the product(backlog);
  • Experience with accepting/rejecting delivered (increments of) products and ensure correct handover to the client/organization;
  • Experience with agile methodologies – SCRUM framework;
  • Effective work habits (organization, collaboration, integrity, proactivity);
  • Interest in and the ability to share ideas with colleagues verbally, in writing, and in presentations;
  • A mindset for innovation, creativity, risk-taking, and product development.

The project you’ll be working on

Our innovative omnichannel retail suite gives customers everything they need, no matter where they are shopping: at home, on mobile, or in the store. Our customers trust us to deliver the best software services for mobile payments, pick-up and home delivery, click-and-collect, self-scan, self-checkout, and back-office inventory and management.

This means our software can provide store staff all the information they need to provide excellent customer service and a smooth check-out process: information about stock, products, promotions, loyalty bonuses, customers’ personal preferences, and various payment and delivery options. Omnichannel makes all this data available in real-time across touchpoints.
