Lead Frontend Developer

Description

We are looking for a senior developer with lead skills for our sites team. Today the team consists of two junior developers and one junior UX/UI. The sites is primarily used to present the company and drive sales leads, where calculators are used to give customers a chance to get an indication of price for solar installations and energy contracts in real time.
 
We need someone with strong fundamental web development skills.  This includes code structure, testing, styling, debugging, understanding HTTP, and Caching techniques. This role is about web fronted although there can be some backend work to support the frontend.

Your profile

Requirement:

• Experience with complete web DevOps on AWS
• Solid understanding of Marketing Engineering SEO fundamentals and Analytics
• Knowledge of Continuous Delivery, and the tools around frontend development
• Observability; which affects how we log, trace usability, measure performance, and track bugs. To offer a lovable experience to our users, we need to understand how our products behave in the real world.
• Experience with software engineering leadership, being the technical seniority for the junior developers to lean on, setting technical direction, and estimate complexity and split / modularize work, all with an helpfull attitude Quality. We believe that quality makes things go smoother. By keeping a high level of quality, we can keep on scaling and not only deliver on time but also have a more positive impact on our users.
