What you do
- Carrying out the activities of the Service Desk role, primarily handling communication with the end users at the client site.
- You represent the IT service to the users, acting as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues.
- You carry out (remote) service requests, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently while updating the registration system in real-time.
- Providing technical support for hardware, software and network-related issues.
