Senior IT Project Manager

What you do

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives across data, reporting, and infrastructure. As a team, we deliver strategic projects for supporting product and service development as well as internal transformation.

You will take end-to-end ownership of key initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and infrastructure teams. You will be responsible for defining clear project scope and delivery plans, coordinating dependencies, managing risks, and ensuring projects deliver agreed objectives.

A summary of your responsibilities:

• Scope, plan and execute medium-to-high complexity technology, IT infrastructure and data projects.
• Define project objectives, scope, milestones, budgets, resources and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain project plans and ensure delivery against agreed objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across data, engineering, infrastructure, security, business functions and external vendors.
• Run requirements workshops with business users and data consumers and translate their needs into clear project requirements.
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies and drive them toward resolution.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
• Work closely with project sponsors and senior stakeholders to maintain alignment and support timely decision-making.
• Collect, analyze and communicate project performance data to ensure strong project control.
• Provide clear and transparent project status reporting to stakeholders and steering groups.
• Coordinate UAT, implementation, releases, go-live activities and handover to operational support

What you bring to the team

• 3+ years of project management experience within IT and data environments.
• Proven experience delivering large or complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience delivering projects involving data, BI/reporting, business systems or IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid approaches.
• Strong project planning, budgeting, risk, dependency, and change management skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical and business teams toward common project objectives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt your message to different audiences.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Sound judgment and confidence making decisions in complex, fast-paced or ambiguous situations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams in parallel without losing visibility or control.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Lithuanian.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification.
• Hands-on experience with Azure/Fabric, AWS, GCP, Databricks or Snowflake.

The salary for this position is €4000 to €4800 gross per month. We are open to discuss the salary depending on your knowledge and experience.
