This piece draws parallels between the role of a conductor in an orchestra and leadership in project management, specifically through the lens of agile principles.Orchestras, like complex projects, come with their own set of challenges. The conductor sets the tempo, guides the musicians during rehearsals, but, above all, meticulously examines every facet of the music, striving to make it as inspirational and extraordinary as can be. Subsequently, they collaborate with the orchestra to breathe life into that vision. Lets explore some typical challenges conductors face and how agile principles can help address them.
