We process all personal data required for an application and possible employment. Think of the details you provide in your application and during interviews - name, telephone number, email address and any other personal information relevant to recruitment process.
Who has access to your personal data?
The following roles within Centric have access to personal data:
- Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Hiring managers
- Other colleagues / managers involved in the application process
- Management members who have to give approval for taking up employment
- HR Manager who approves proposals or contracts
What is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data?
For the collection of your personal data we invoke the basis agreement, legitimate interest or permission.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep your information for one year after your submission for the purposes for which it was collected. You can withdraw your consent at any time by informing our Talent Acquisition Team at recruitment.lithuania@centric.eu.
