Mid/Senior QA Engineer

You are an analytical problem solver who can quickly grasp an application and then develop and maintain documented test plans, cases, and scenarios based on functional requirements and specifications. You are a proficient communicator who will offer feedback to the team on enhancing testing processes, generating testing reports, and identifying risks and issues. You enjoy teaching and mentoring others.
 
A summary of your responsibilities:

• Share broad understanding and expertise of overall testing processes. 
• Act as a QA advocate. 
• Focuses on improvements, changes, best practices, and standards. 
• Own testing processes. 
• Take accountability for the quality of work delivered. 
• Teach and mentor colleagues (depending on seniority).

What you bring to the team

• At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience in software testing area (depending on seniority). 
• API/Web service or relational database testing experience. 
• Experience in Test Management (Test Plans, Strategies, Testing metrics and analysis), Risk identification and mitigation. 
• Collaboration / working in development team experience. 
• Experience with Agile (Scrum) development methodologies. 
• Effective communication in English

The salary for this position starts from €2500 to €5000 gross per month, depending on the knowledge and experience.
