What you do
Are you passionate about connecting talent with opportunity? As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will independently manage full-cycle recruitment and ensure a smooth candidate experience. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies and use data to guide recruitment decisions. The role includes collaboration with universities and involvement in employer branding initiatives. You’ll stay current with market trends, share best practices, and contribute to recruitment capability building.
A summary of your responsibilities:
- Own and perform full cycle recruitment process.
- Ensure outstanding candidate experience.
- Maintain and communicate recruitment process statistics, make data-driven decisions.
- Collect and analyse latest trends and practises in the field
- Share your value and knowledge, sharpen skills of parties involved in recruitment.
- Build partnerships with universities and support employer branding and employee engagement campaigns
- Own various talent acquisition projects and initiatives locally and internationally.
- Participate in various HR function and other company projects (employer branding, employee engagement, process improvements, events and etc.).
- Be an ambassador of Centric vision, values, and culture internally and externally.
