The UX process is user-centered and collaborative, progressing from research and brainstorming to prototyping and testing to ensure user-focused design. We use Figma daily for consistent, high-quality designs, Miro for collaborative workshops, and Creative Cloud for visual assets. Microsoft Copilot supports daily tasks, and WordPress is used for external sites.
Our testing approach includes both manual and automated methods, aimed at validating the quality, reliability, performance, and security of software applications.
We enjoy using popular tools and frameworks available in the market (C#, Selenium, Playwright, and API testing frameworks), while also focusing on building our own internal automation solutions like UCAF (Unified Centric Automation Framework) and CAF (Centric Automation Framework).
