Open Position: Senior Linux Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Linux Engineer to help design and maintain a standardized Oracle Enterprise Linux platform that supports automated, secure, and scalable database environments.

In this role, you’ll work in an automation-first setup, where infrastructure is managed as code and consistency across environments is essential. You’ll help build reliable Linux platforms, automate provisioning and configuration, and contribute to secure, compliant and well-documented environments across on-premises and cloud.

What you bring to the team

Strong experience with Enterprise Linux, such as OEL, RHEL or similar
Proven experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management
Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code and version-controlled environments
Experience with system configuration, including kernel, packages and services

Knowledge of security hardening, patching and compliance practices
Strong collaboration and communication skills
A structured and well-documented way of working
A focus on reliability, consistency and continuous improvement

The project you’ll be working on

You’ll work on a standardized Oracle Enterprise Linux platform that enables automated, secure and scalable database environments.

Your focus will be on building and maintaining OEL platforms across environments, from development to production. You’ll automate OS provisioning and configuration using Ansible and Infrastructure as Code practices, prepare Linux environments for Oracle database deployments, and help prevent configuration drift by driving consistency across the platform.

You’ll also contribute to lifecycle management and platform improvements across on-premises and cloud environments.
