Section I. Contest organizer
I.1. The organizer of the Centric Treasure Hunt Contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest") is Centric IT Solutions Romania based in Iasi, 3C Palace Street, 4 UBC building, 5th floor.
Section II. Legal basis. Goal
II.1. This Contest is held in accordance with the legal provisions contained in Government Ordinance no. 99/2000 on the marketing of market products and services, updated, and aims to promote Centric IT Solutions.
Section III. Scope and duration of the Contest
III.1. The contest will take place between August 25 and September 3, 2023, in accordance with the terms and conditions provided in these Official Regulations.
III.2. The contest is organized in Iasi – in the Palace of Culture / Palas Mall area.
Section IV. Right to participate
IV.1. Any natural person domiciled or residing in Romania, who has reached the age of 18 on the date of commencement of the Competition ("Participants"), may participate in the Contest.
IV.2. Participation in this Contest implies full, express and unequivocal knowledge and acceptance of these Official Rules.
IV.3.Employees or associates of Centric or other collaborators involved in the development / organization of the Campaign, respectively their family members, first-degree relatives, are not entitled to participate in this Campaign
IV.4. Participants who have already won a prize in this contest are no longer allowed to participate.
IV.5. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the registration of any Participant who does not comply with the Official Rules or who is suspected of fraud, without having the obligation to prove it with evidence.
IV.6. The terms and conditions stipulated in these Official Rules (the "Rules") for conducting the Contest are mandatory for all Participants. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Rules or to suspend or interrupt the Contest, without the right to compensation, any modification, suspension or interruption to be communicated in advance on the Fcebook page - https://www.facebook.com/CentricITSolutionsRomania - of the Contest Organizer.
IV.7. The Official Rules are available free of charge to any Participant on the organizer's https://careers.centric.eu/ro/treasure-hunt-official-rules/ page.
Section V. How the Contest is conducted
V.1. In order to be able to enter the Contest, each Participant must meet the following express conditions, cumulatively:
- The participant must have the right to participate according to Section IV above;
- Participation will be made exclusively during the Contest mentioned in Section III by accessing the Centric Treasure Hunt application made available in the App Store and Google Store.
Section VI. Conducting the contest, designating the winners and awarding prizes
VI.1. All participants who cumulatively comply with the conditions of participation mentioned in Section V may participate, through the Centric Treasure Hunt application provided by the Organizer, in the contest.
VI.2. Participants will be awarded as follows:
a) Every day of the competition (August 25 – September 3, 2023) between 14.00 – 18.00.
b) The maximum number of prizes that can be awarded in a day is 60. Prizes that are not awarded on one day are carried over to the next day, in which case the maximum number of prizes may exceed the maximum of 60.
VI.3. Rules of entry into possession of prizes
The contest involves discovering a password, distributed in 7 locations in the Palace of Culture / Palas area mentioned in the application.
For password discovery, competitors must go through each location and discover augmented reality content flagged in the app. After collecting the words from all 7 locations, contestants must order them correctly to form the winning phrase (password) and show it to the Centric representative at the prize picking point.
In order to hand over the prize, the winners must provide the Centric representative with a series of personal information: CNP, ID series and number, phone number, signature, photo.
VI.4. The prizes offered within this Campaign are: cap x 200 pieces, coffee cup x 200 pieces and water bottle x 200 pieces. The organizer may decide to supplement the prizes awarded within this campaign.
YOU.5. For the avoidance of doubt, a Contest Participant can only win one prize, regardless of how many times he/she plays the Centric Treasure Hunt game.
Section VII. Entry of Winners into possession of prizes
VII.1. In order for a Participant to be validated as winner of the Contest, it is necessary to cumulatively meet the following conditions:
- the participant meets the conditions to enter the Contest, according to the provisions of Section IV above;
- participation in the Contest was made according to Sections IV-V above by complying with all the registration conditions indicated in Section V above;
VII.2. The prize will be handed out directly to the winner at the Centric awards pick-up point at the Digital Throne event.
VII.3. Once the prize is handed over, the Organizer is released to the winner from any obligation arising under these Official Regulations.
VII.4. The participants designated winners do not have the possibility to receive other objects in exchange for the prizes won, nor can they request the modification of the parameters of the prizes.
Section VIII. Protection of personal data
VIII.1. The Organizer undertakes to comply with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data ("GDPR") during the Contest and thereafter. Thus, the Organizer undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the winners' personal data for this Campaign and to use them in accordance with this Official Regulation and the legislation in force.
VIII.2. The organizer does not collect and/or store any personal data about the users through the Centric Treasure Hunt app. The information that the organizer collects is gathered exclusively directly from the user during the handing over of the award.
VIII.3. The organizer may take photos or other videos during the contest and publish them on social media channels or in advertising campaigns in the public space (including the online environment).
VIII.4. The organizer will process the personal data of the winners (name, email, telephone, serial number / ID number signature and photo) throughout the Contest, as well as for a period of 3 years from the date of designation of the winners.
VIII.5. Under the legal provisions, participants in the contest benefit from the following rights in relation to personal data:
The right of access to personal data and to request a copy thereof;
The right to request the rectification or completion of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
The right to request the erasure of processed personal data concerning them, to the extent possible and in accordance with applicable laws;
The right to withdraw, at any time, the consent granted for this processing, without affecting the legitimacy of the processing before the date of withdrawal of consent;
The right to obtain restriction of processing, if the accuracy of the processed data or the legitimacy of the processing is contested;
The right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automatic processing (profiling);
The right to receive the data provided or observed in a structured format and to request their direct transfer to another operator;
The right to file a complaint with the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing.

In his/her request, the Participant may indicate whether he/she wishes the information to be communicated to him/her at a specific address, which may also be electronic mail, or through a correspondence service that ensures that the delivery will be made only personally.
IX Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the Participants in this Contest will be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the competent courts at the Organizer's headquarters.
Section X.Miscellaneous
X.1. The Organizer assumes no responsibility and cannot be involved in any way in disputes regarding ownership of the Prizes.
X.2.If the Organizer / Agency finds that a winner has not met and / or has not complied with the conditions stipulated by these Official Regulations, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend at any time the rights and benefits of the winner, without the Organizer owing any compensation or payment to the respective winner. If the Organizer finds such situations after the prize has already been awarded, the respective winner will refund the prize.
