Open Position: Mid-Level Full Stack Developer for Allshare

We are looking for a passionate and pragmatic software developer who wants to be involved in more than just writing code.

You’ll contribute to the full application development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and shaping solutions to improving, testing and delivering software that brings real value to customers.

Working in international Scrum teams, you’ll have room to take ownership, share ideas, ask questions and use modern engineering tools, including AI-assisted development where useful, while applying your own technical judgement every step of the way.

What you bring to the team

Solid experience with .NET/C# and building scalable backend or full-stack applications
Very good understanding of distributed systems, including REST APIs, async messaging, and event-driven architectures
Experience with reliability patterns, such as idempotency, retries, and eventual consistency
Solid SQL skills, including query optimization, transactions, and efficient data access (using ORMs or micro-ORMs)
Hands-on Docker experience, including Docker Compose for local development and service orchestration

Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly the Scrum framework
Very good English communication skills
Ability and willingness to share ideas clearly with colleagues, both verbally and in writing
Excellent work habits (attention to detail, organized, results driven, and integrity)
A mindset for collaboration, continuous improvement and adaptability

The project you’ll be working on

Allshare is an outsourcing project for Centric in which multiple teams collaborate on a complex, business-critical wealth management platform used by banks and other financial institutions.

You will contribute to the development and modernization of an event-driven microservices ecosystem for investment banking, focusing on new features, integrations, platform improvements, performance optimization, and long-term maintainability.
