Quality Management Policy

Centric IT Solutions Romania has established a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of SR EN ISO 9001:2015, as described in the Quality Manual.

The scope of the quality management system is the provision of IT services, financial, engineering and consulting solutions.

Centric IT Solutions Romania offers software solutions, IT Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing for different business areas.

Policy and objectives Centric IT Solutions Romania require the firm commitment of the management - a commitment to which we subscribe - in order to:

  • satisfy the customer’s requirements and observe the applicable regulations;
  • implement the quality policy and involve the entire staff of the organization to achieve it;
  • provide technical and human resources to achieve the objectives;
  • continuously improve the effectiveness of the quality management system;
  • raise awareness and train all the staff that is part of the top and middle management, as well as the creation of a specific culture of the entire staff regarding the quality of products and services;
  • ensure the appropriate infrastructure and work environment;
  • identifying appropriate working tools and continually adapting the procedures to meet customer’s explicit or implicit requirements;
  • cultivate competence, responsibility and a positive partnership attitude among your own staff;
  • initiate actions on the harmonization of national regulations with European and international regulations;
  • train and continuous assess the staff to ensure that they qualify as required;
  • adopt a high-performance management system by adopting a total quality system that includes both the quality parameters of the works/services and the actions undertaken for quality assurance and control.

The quality objectives set out in this Policy are reviewed periodically in the management's analysis to ensure their adequacy. The overall quality objectives underlie the specific objectives of the processes, which are carried out in accordance with the quality management system improvement program.

Every employee of our company is aware of his responsibility and activities within the quality management system and is responsible for the quality of his/her own operations in order to meet the requirements of the relevant customers and authorities as well as the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the activities of Centric IT Solutions Romania.

Centric IT Solutions Romania’s top management make public their decision to apply the integrated policy with responsibility, transparency and efficiency, ensuring the administrative and organizational framework for the active participation of each employee regardless of the position held in the organization.

This policy statement is communicated to all the staff under the control of the organization, reviewed annually for its continued relevance as a symbol of management’s commitment to continuously improve the effectiveness of the integrated management system, and it is also available to customers and other stakeholders, including the public requesting it.
