Why do we use your personal data? Centric uses your personal data for handling applications and your possible employment.

What personal data do we process?

We process all personal data required for an application and possible employment. Think of name and address, postcode, telephone number, date of birth, short reports of all contact moments and any other personal data that are important for the application process.

Who has access to your personal data?

The following roles within Centric have access to personal data:

  • Recruiters
  • Recruitment assistant
  • Hiring manager
  • Other colleagues / managers involved in the application process
  • Board members who have to give approval for taking up employment
  • HR assistant
  • HR manager who approves proposals or contracts

What is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data?

For the collection of your personal data, we invoke the basis agreement, legitimate interest or permission.

How long do we keep your data?

We store your data for a maximum of 4 weeks after the application has been rejected, unless you consent to keep your data longer. We will then store your data for 1 year. If you are employed by us, we will keep your data until the end of the employment relationship, unless you indicate that you want your delete your data.
