Scrum Master

What you do

Centric is looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team and help drive our software delivery efforts. As a Scrum Master, you will act as both a mentor and facilitator, ensuring your team is self-managing, cross-functional, and focused on delivering high-value improvements. You will be instrumental in removing obstacles, organizing productive Scrum events, and fostering continuous improvement. Your role will also involve close collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain a healthy team dynamic and guide the team toward achieving their goals.

What you bring to the team

• Very good understanding of Agile principles, values, methodologies and technical practices (i.e. SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban)
• In-depth understanding and experience with Scrum framework
• Experience in communicating with customers and solving their problems
• A passion for providing guidance and inspiration to the team, facilitating the personal and professional growth of employees
• Effective work habits (organization, collaboration, integrity, proactivity)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to share ideas with colleagues verbally, in writing, and in presentations
• Advanced English level
• A mindset for continuous improvement, creativity, risk management, and product development

The products built for this domain are inter-connected with each other, being supported by numerous teams within Centric, both from NL and from RO also. The team that we are in the look-out for a Scrum master is in charge of a  portal that contains several modules, each of them with a different focus, but all related to the object registration part of the Taxes & Real Estate domain.
