Custom Copilot agents: accelerating development through shared knowledge
As our .NET projects continued to grow, we noticed a recurring challenge across the team. Developers were spending significant time writing similar test scaffolding, searching for the right Copilot prompts, and ensuring that generated code followed our established conventions. While GitHub Copilot was already helping us move faster, the quality and consistency of the output often depended on how well each developer knew the project's standards and how effectively they could craft prompts.

Love building your product with Lovable
Lovable is an AI-powered web platform that enables users to create websites, applications, prototypes, through natural language. You can simply just type in an idea, a concept, or just describe what you want, and Lovable will not only build it for you, but also propose improvements or next steps for you, based on your context. Lovable also makes it easy to publish your projects to the public, and through the help of Supabase, can also help you database-wise (trust me, it’s extremely helpful). Lovable also allows for easy Figma integration, so in case you already have designs created, Lovable can build using your designs as base.Author: Anca Stumbea, UI/UX Designer.

By integrating tools like Playwright, Artillery, and Application Insights, we could simulate realistic user interactions and catch performance bottlenecks before deployment.Every QA knows the feeling: You thoroughly test a feature, everything looks good, and you confidently deploy it. But then real users jump in, and suddenly things go sideways. This is exactly what happened to us.Author: Vlad Ivascu, QA Lead

"I built a Figma plugin using AI and saved a week of work"
"I’m a UI/UX designer, and I recently faced a daunting task. Imagine updating nearly 200 design token descriptions in Figma—colors, spacings, borders, you name it. Manually, that kind of work could eat up 3-6 full days (40+ hours!) of meticulous, mind-numbing effort. Not exactly my idea of fun, and definitely not the best use of time. There had to be a better way, right?"Author: Eduard Chirileac, UI/UX Designer

Get to know Refit - an automatic Rest Api library for .NET
We all have had the situation when we had to make external API calls at some point. We then had to write a certain part of logic to handle all the code involving HttpClient, requests, responses, serialization/deserialization, etc. All this process risks gathering errors, by using the wrong parameter or a header by mistake. If all this were available through an interface, that would make the process much easier, right? That's precisely what Refit is doing; it takes care of all this integration, letting developers focus on the main application logic. In this article, we'll get to know Refit better, what it does, certain particularities of it within a .NET with Blazor application, and a functional application that does monthly planning and requires authentication.Author: Simona Balan, Software Developer

Ensure your safety net for software applications
Software can be seen as a virtual world, where real life assets, like houses or roads, can be visualized in the software applications. An application can be understood like a house and the integration connections between different applications can be imagined as roads. Application security can be thought of in similar ways to the protection ensured by people for their houses, like doors with locks, or the protection offered for the money and legal documents being transported in wallets or briefcases while people are walking on the roads.

Helping citizens design their own neighborhoods
Many residents would love to participate in the design of the parks, streets, or other public spaces in their town or city. But often the involvement of citizens is limited to an information session, more to present ready-made plans than to ask citizens for their opinions. Can we do better than that? Yes! Meet Furban.

Providing a complete shopping experience
Whether you are doing a little retail therapy or just making a quick trip to a nonstop, shopping is an everyday aspect of life. But the way we shop has changed dramatically over the past few years. We no longer have to do our retail therapy or everyday shopping in stores, we can do it online or even a mix of both. At Centric, our team of Belgian, Dutch, and Romanian colleagues work to make that experience as stress free as possible. That’s why we have gone omnichannel.
